WHAT MAKES A MOCHI DONUT UNIQUE?
A mochi donut has a unique shape made with 8 dough balls that is a delight to look at and bite.
It is a Hawaiian and Japanese pastry that is made from sweet rice flour. It's especially distinct in texture from the usual cake flour or yeast donut kind, with its signature pillowy soft, and chewy texture on the inside!
As far as flavor goes, sky is the limit from chocolate-based, sugar-glazed, fruity, and even savory!
